Garth Brooks is putting out a new box set in time for the holidays.
The country star has announced a four-disc set of his covers that's set to drop on November 19th. The release is titled "Blame It All on My Roots: Five Decades of Influences." Each disc includes ten covers of songs from artists that Brooks has admired throughout his career. The songs will be split into the categories of "Country Classics," "Classic Rock," "Blue Eyed Soul" and "Melting Post," and will include songs from the artists ranging James Taylor and Otis Redding to Cat Stevens and Simon & Garfunkel.
The collection mirrors the concept of Garth's Wynn Las Vegas one-man show, which comes to an end later this month. His final show will be televised live on CBS on November 29th, the day after Thanksgiving.
