LAMAR ATTACKS PAPS
Khloe Kardashian’s husband Lamar Odom flipped out on paparazzi Wednesday. Photographers caught the basketball star as he walked up to a paparazzo’s car and threw all of his equipment in the road. He then went to another pap’s car with what appeared to be a tripod and smashed the vehicle. According to TMZ, Lamar went berserk because the photographers repeatedly asked him about a Star magazine article which claimed Lamar cheated on Khloe with a stripper. At first Lamar calmly answered, “I would never cheat on my wife, that’s why I wear my wedding ring,” but then things took a turn, and Lamar lost his temper. Khloe later took to Twitter to defend her husband. "Wow can't believe a paparazzi snuck into our gated area and violated our private property," she tweeted on Wednesday. "This becomes stalking at some point!!!!! It's wild!!!!" Once the bizarre incident was over, Lamar calmly stopped to pose for a photo with a fan, which got the approval of his wife. "F**k the papz!!!!! You f**king losers!!!!!,” she wrote. “But shout out to my hubby for posing with the fans! I love my Lam!"
KING OF QUEENS STAR QUITS SCIENTOLOGY
The New York Post reports that King of Queens star Leah Remini has left the church of Scientology. A source claims the actress grew weary of the religion’s policies, which don’t allow followers to question the group’s leader David Miscavige. Leah was reportedly upset over Scientology’s practice of excommunicating former practitioners. “She is stepping back from a regime she thinks is corrupt,” said the insider. “She thinks no religion should tear a family apart or abuse someone under the umbrella of ‘religion.’” Apparently her disillusionment began after Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ wedding in 2006 when she innocently inquired about Miscavige’s wife Shelly. Apparently she was scolded for asking, and then “was put through interrogations and blacklisted within the church.” She also had to “endure ‘thought modification’ for five years.” Leah has now left the church, and an insider says she’s thinking about going public, but “she has heard they use people to scare you into silence.” But, says the source, “She’s from Brooklyn. The church can’t hurt her . . . they don’t have her family, that’s all that matters to her.”

SHEEN UPSET EX HAS LEFT REHAB
Charlie Sheen’s ex Brooke Mueller has left rehab again. The 35-year-old, who has temporarily lost custody of her twin sons because of her drug habit, first moved from Betty Ford to a sober living house because she didn’t like doing chores. Well, now Radaronline claims she’s moved out of the sober living facility in San Clemente, California and into a beach home so her boyfriend Jaron Lowenstein can visit her. Charlie is reportedly furious Brooke has moved again, and is already asking the court to approve a decrease in her child support since she’s not with the kids. “This is extremely distressing because Brooke's actions show she just isn't taking rehab seriously,” said a source. “Her approach to treatment is very unorthodox to say the least.”
BUSY DEFENDS DAUGHTER’S NAME
It was revealed Wednesday that actress Busy Philipps named her new daughter Cricket Pearl, and she quickly started receiving backlash on Twitter. Well, the Cougar Town star, who gave birth July 2nd, quickly quieted the critics by tweeting, “It's weird people think my kids will be in therapy because of their names. Guys, my kids will be in therapy for LOTS of reasons, I'm sure." For those who liked the name, she added, “Thank you all for the warm wishes for our new little ladybug! It's been so sweet to read them all!!"
SEXUAL ATTRACTION IMPORTANT TO AMANDA
Amanda Seyfried doesn’t need to get to know a man’s personality to discover whether a relationship will work. “Everybody I’ve dated I’ve been sexually attracted to immediately,” she tells Elle. “Sparks don’t grow – your vagina doesn’t become more inclined to wanting someone just because you’re around them.” As for her exes, Amanda tells the magazine that she and ex-beau Dominic Cooper “still love each other,” and any future boyfriend better be okay with that. “He’ll always be in my life regardless of what his girlfriends or future wife think,” says Amanda, adding that she’s “never going to be with a guy that can’t deal with my friendship with him.”

During yesterday’s ceremony, the President seemed a bit giddy to honor Lucas, explaining, “I remember when I first saw Star Wars.” He then commented about how Lucas changed the way we see film. “There's a whole generation that thinks special effects always looked like they do today,” he said. “But it used to be you'd see, like, the string on the little model spaceships."
