Usually kids are discouraged from vegging out, but that’s about to change at one New York City elementary school.  Public School 244 in Queens is set to become the first school in the country to adopt an all-vegetarian menu in the cafeteria.  The school initially served meat-free meals several days a week in an effort to offer healthier food options.  They recently decided to go 100% vegetarian, serving items like veggie chili, tofu wraps and bean-and-cheese quesadillas.
