FORMER TSA EMPLOYEE TELLS THE AWFUL TRUTH ABOUT AIRPORT SECURITY

If you believe what this guy has to say, pocketknives should be the least of your worries the next time you fly.  A former TSA employee at Newark International Airport has gone public with some shocking truths about airport security.  The anonymous ex-screener claims TSA agents, who apparently don’t even need a high school diploma to get the gig, do little to protect fliers from terrorist threats.  In fact, he says airport security isn’t even a deterrent to terrorists.  He wasn’t surprised to hear that an undercover agent was able to smuggle a fake explosive device through security last week, because the method screeners use to pat down passengers is largely ineffective at finding hidden items.  The former screener says most TSA employees don’t take the job seriously and are just using it as a stepping-stone to a more prestigious government agency (while enjoying the good pay and great benefits in the meantime).  He even says he wouldn’t trust his former colleagues to walk his dog!
