Katt Williams might be acting crazy, but he's still sane enough to know not to mess with the IRS. According to TMZ, he's just paid Uncle Sam $284,000 in back taxes, clearing up a lien levied against him in 2010.
Unfortunately, not all of Katt's tax issues are cleared up. The funny man still owes the IRS $4 million on a lien filed last year.
