Honey Boo Boo’s father Sugar Bear is going on a diet. According to TMZ, Sugar Bear was hospitalized last week after complaining of severe chest pains and was diagnosed with pancreatitis. Mama June said Sugar’s “feeling pretty good, for the most part,” but doctors have told him he needs to lay off fried and spicy foods from now on.
