BRAD & JEN IN RACE TO THE ALTAR

Looks like exes Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston may be trying to beat each other to the altar. The Sun claims Pitt and fiancée Angelina Jolie got a wedding license at the end of last month, which means they must marry in 90 days. Meanwhile, Aniston is expected to wed Justin Theroux soon.   As for Brangelina, a source says, “everything points to them getting married in May just after the Cannes Film Festival ends, because they’ve got their hearts set on tying the knot in France.” Meanwhile, sources say Jen is not happy at the thought of Brad and Angie’s wedding happening so close to hers.  Said an insider, “Jennifer will see it as an attempt to upstage her and there will be a battle over Hollywood guests. She knows they will be judged on who had the better wedding by pulling in the biggest stars.”  On a related note, earlier this week a rep for Aniston denied a report by Perez Hilton that claimed she and Justin were going to marry in Hawaii.

CELEBS WARNED TO PROTECT THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS AFTER HACKING

TMZ reports that the FBI is advising any celebrity victims of Monday’s hacking to protect their bank accounts immediately. Stars such as Mel Gibson, Kim Kardashian and Beyonce, as well as politicians like First Lady Michelle Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, were hacked earlier this week, with their private financial information posted online.  The FBI has advised all victims to contact their financial institutions and put fraud alerts on their accounts so the hackers can’t steal their money. According to TMZ, as of now, no money has been stolen from any of the celebs.

IRANIAN GOVERNMENT MAY  SUE OVER ARGO

The Iranian government is apparently not a big fan of the Oscar-winning film Argo. Reports claim the government has reached out to a French lawyer to inquire how they may go about filing a lawsuit over Iran’s “unrealistic portrayal” in the film, which depicts the rescue of American citizens during the 1979 Iran hostage crisis. It is unclear exactly who will be the target of the suit. According to the Associated Press, the government decided to explore the idea of litigation after the film was screened Monday for a group of Iranian cultural officials and movie critics.

A SUMMER WEDDING FOR LADY GAGA?

The Sun claims Lady Gaga and boyfriend Taylor Kinney (Chicago Fire) are planning to tie the knot this summer. DJ Starlight, a close friend of Gaga’s, reportedly spilled the beans, telling the tab, “She’s told me he’s the one and you know that instantly when you see them together. They are made for each other…From all I’ve heard, I don’t think I’m dropping a secret by saying they are ready to get hitched this year.”  Starlight claims the wedding will likely happen this summer because Kinney will have a break from shooting his TV series, and Gaga will be free of concert and studio commitments.

LINDSAY’S DAD FINDS HER NEW LAWYER

Michael Lohan is sticking his nose into his daughter Lindsay’s business again, but this time it may be a good thing. Earlier this month, the judge in Lindsay’s lying-to-the-cops case said her lawyer Mark Heller was incompetent to practice law in California, so Michael found her a California lawyer willing to help. Attorney David Wohl, who has practiced criminal defense law in CA for 25 years, says he’d like to join Heller on Lindsay’s case and has been in daily contact with him.  So far, Lindsay hasn’t given her approval of Wohl, but TMZ says that even if she doesn’t, Michael has asked him to show up in court anyway. Lindsay’s trial is set to begin March 18th.

Desiree, a 26-year-old bridal consultant, was one of the final four women competing for Sean Lowe’s affection, but was ultimately sent home after an awkward hometown date.  “I’m very open to finding love, that’s all I want, that’s all I could hope for,” said Desiree. “I would be the happiest person if I could meet the guy I’m going to spend the rest of my life with.” The new season of The Bachelorette is expected to premiere sometime this spring.

SEAN LOWE JOINS DANCING WITH THE STARS

In other Bachelor news…it’s been rumored for weeks, but now ABC has finally confirmed that Bachelor Sean Lowe will be competing on the upcoming cycle of Dancing with the Stars.  Lowe, who proposed to Catherine Giudici during Monday’s finale, announced the news on yesterday’s Good Morning America. FRANCO’S A BAD NEIGHBOR

James Franco is not the best person to have as a neighbor. Folks living near the actor’s Los Angeles home have reportedly been complaining because they say he’s running a production company out of the property and it’s causing major problems in the neighborhood. The website Curbed recently posted an anonymous letter from a couple who complain about the constant goings on at the pad, which they claim Franco doesn’t even live in.   Said the duo, “Crowds of people constantly stream in and out of the house and have business meetings in front of OUR house and treat us as if we are eavesdropping sycophants when we walk out our gate to our car.”  While the couple claim to be Franco fans, they add, “We’re not so enamored of his presence that we are willing to give up our sanity in our own home.”

STONE SUED

Sharon Stone is being sued by a former housekeeper. According to TMZ, maid Angelica Castillo is seeking unspecified damages from the actress, claiming wrongful termination and wrongful retaliation. Castillo says she hurt her back loading bags of groceries into Stone’s car, but despite doctor’s orders not to exert herself, Stone would not ease her workload.  The Basic Instinct star reportedly denied the maid’s request for rest and made her come to work the very next day.  Castillo claims she was then fired in October, 2012 after two years of working for the actress. Stone’s lawyer calls the lawsuit ridiculous, adding that Castillo  was never fired and she is “still covered by health insurance as an employee of Ms. Stone.”

BUTLER DISCUSSES GLANVILLE FLING

Gerard Butler has finally admitted that he slept with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville, but says there’s a really good reason why he previously denied it. "Because one, I didn't know her last name and two, I didn't know she was a celebrity and I didn't know she was going to f--king tell people about it,” he said. As for the fling, Butler said, “it was a one-afternooner, but it was fun. She is wild.”

TLC’S LITTLE COUPLE ADOPTS

Dr. Jennifer Arnold and husband Bill Klein, stars of the TLC series The Little Couple, announced yesterday that they’ve adopted a 3-year-old boy from China who, like them, has a form of dwarfism.  "We are thrilled to announce that we have adopted a beautiful young boy from China," the couple said in a statement to People. "We are so proud to welcome William to our family and look forward to bringing him home." The couple’s struggle to become parents played out on the TLC series. Last March, they decided to explore adoption after their surrogate suffered a miscarriage.  A new season of The Little Couple premieres April 30th.

JUDGE JUDY SUED OVER CHINA DEAL

Judge Judy is being sued by a woman who claims the TV personality helped her ex cheat her out of money. According to TMZ, one of Judy’s producers Randy Douthit sold his china set to Judy for $50,000. The problem is Randy and his wife Patric Jones are going through a nasty divorce, and she says he sold it for much less than it’s worth just to get back at her. Patric claims the tableware is worth over $500,000 and that Randy sold the china without her consent.  Patric is suing for the actual price of the china, as well as punitive damages. Judge Judy tells TMZ,  “I have not seen any complaint by the former Mrs. Douthit, however, I don't owe this lady a cent.  And if this 50-year-old woman would spend her time more productively at trying to find a job, instead of abusing the judicial system with frivolous lawsuits, we would all be a lot better off."
