CHOREOGRAPHER POSTHOMOUSLY ACCUSES JACKSON OF SEXUAL ABUSE
TMZ reports that famed choreographer Wade Robson has posthumously accused Michael Jackson of molesting him. Legal docs filed by Robson’s lawyer ask for money from the Jackson estate for childhood sexual abuse. The complaint, which is sealed, is said to specifically outline the abuse. Interestingly, Wade actually testified in Jacko’s 2005 molestation trial, denying the singer ever molested him. Wade and Michael met when Wade was only five, and by seven, he was enjoying sleepovers at Neverland, as well as Jackson’s homes in L.A. and Vegas. Those sleepovers reportedly lasted until Wade was 14. During Jackson’s molestation trial, a housekeeper testified she witnessed Jackson in the shower with Wade when he was eight or nine years old.
JACKSON TRIAL JURORS SEE AUTOPSY PHOTOS
Jurors in the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial Monday saw gruesome autopsy photos of the singer as the doctor who conducted the autopsy took the stand. Much of Dr. Christopher Rogers’ testimony mirrored the scientific evidence presented at Dr. Conrad Murray’s wrongful death trial. Revelations included the fact that Jackson’s lips were tattooed pink and his eyebrows were tattooed a darker color. Also tattooed was the front of his scalp, so it would blend with his hairline and wigs. The autopsy also confirmed Jackson’s admission that he suffered from vitiligo. Jackson’s family is suing AEG Live claiming they are liable for his death because they were negligent in hiring Murray, who is currently behind bars for involuntary manslaughter. AEG Live says Jackson chose Murray and they were unaware he was giving the singer Propofol to help him sleep. Dr. Rogers’ autopsy concluded that it was an overdose of Propofol that killed Jackson. Rogers also testified that with the exception of the drug, Jackson was in good health, telling jurors, "There was no indication from the autopsy that there was anything anatomically wrong with him that would lead to premature death."
BETTY FORD ALLOWING LINDSAY TO TAKE ADDERALL
Looks like Lindsay Lohan won’t be completely drug free at Betty Ford. TMZ reports the facility will allow Lindsay to continue taking Adderall because she has been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and has a prescription for the drug. But she may not be on it for long. Sources tell the site that doctors at Betty Ford plan to evaluate Lindsay’s ADHD diagnosis and see whether the drug is helping her. If they don’t agree with the diagnosis or feel the pill hasn’t been useful they may cut her off.
TIGER TIPSY AT MET GALA AFTER PARTY
Us Weekly reports that Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn’s first public outing as a couple didn’t go very well. The site claims that after attending the annual Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, they headed to the after party at the Standard Hotel’s Boom Boom Room, where Tiger may have had a bit too much to drink. “Tiger looked uncomfortable,” said a witness at the club. The pair seemed to enjoy the night, chatting, holding hands and kissing for most of the evening. And at one point Tiger was even spotted dancing. But when it was time to leave at 2 am, a tipsy Tiger had a hard time walking, and fell up a small flight of stairs. Vonn eventually helped him up, but witnesses say he looked embarrassed.
DR. PHIL SUES GAWKER
The producers of Dr. Phil’s syndicated talk show are suing Gawker Media over his exclusive interview with Manti Te’o hoaxer Ronaiah Tuiasosopo. Peteski Productions claims the Gawker-owned sports blog Deadspin was to blame for lower ratings for the second part of a two-part episode, in which Ronaiah demonstrated the female-sounding voice he used to trick Te’o. They say Deadspin posted clips from the show after its east coast airing, hours before it “aired to over 98 percent” of Dr. Phil viewers, thereby ruining the show’s cliffhanger. The lawsuit calls Gawker and Deadspin “serial copyright infringers.” Peteski is seeking unspecified damages.

According to the LA City attorney, back in 2011 Francis invited three women into his limo, took them back to his home and then refused to let them leave. He then, “grabbed one of the women by the throat and hair and slammed her head into the tile floor four times.” After escorting the women from his home, he told them not to call police, but they did anyway.
