CHARLIE OPENS UP LINDSAY’S LATENESS
Charlie Sheen set the record straight on Lindsay Lohan’s recent Anger Management guest stint. While appearing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Wednesday, Charlie was asked if it was true that Linds was late to shooting and he said, “not on day one.” He then explained, “Day one, she was fabulous. She was on time; she knew her lines, hit every mark, made us look off our game. … Then we had to deal with day two. It was as though she had us held hostage because she gave us half a show." Charlie said Lindsay claimed to have an earache and showed up two hours late. "We worked around it,” he said. “She was late, what can I say? But she got to the shoot prepared with an excuse." As for reports she stole clothes and jewelry from the set, Charlie said, “She borrowed some stuff and was told she had to pay for it and they would take it out of her check, and she said fine. That’s all it was.”

He adds that he really wanted Lindsay to go to the smaller Lukens Institute in Florida, but is okay with Seafield.

In addition, she says Porter exposed six-year-olds D’Lila Star and Jessie James to other substances. Drago says that once, while driving the twins to school, the girls got into a “bag containing powder, along with clear capsules, filled with another powdery substance,” that was in the back seat and the kids wound up covered in the “powdery substance.” When Drago confronted Porter, she was told it was “medicine.” The former nanny has also accused Porter of being verbally and violently abusive. Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained was pulled from theaters in China on opening day. STONE SUES NANNY OVER UNPAID LOAN
Sharon Stone has filed a countersuit against a nanny who accused the Basic Instinct star of harassment. Erlinda T. Elemen sued Stone in May 2012 claiming the actress made fun of her ethnicity and religion, and then fired her for seeking overtime pay. At the time Stone called the lawsuit “absurd” and described Elemen as a “disgruntled ex-employee.” Now Stone has filed a suit against Elemen, claiming the former nanny failed to pay back a $12,500 loan. Stone says she lent Elemen the money in June, 2010, to pay off debts from a failed business venture. She was supposed to reimburse Stone in monthly installments of $500, but stopped paying after six months. Stone is asking for the $9,500 balance, plus the cost of the lawsuit and interest.

MICHAEL KEATON SUED
Actor Michael Keaton is being sued by producers who claim he’s responsible for the failure of a Christmas movie he directed and starred in. In a lawsuit filed by a company called Merry Gentleman, LLC, Keaton is made out to be a major diva who was a pain from the moment production on The Merry Gentleman began in 2007. The company claims they built Keaton an editing facility in California, only to have him move to Montana to go fly fishing, and make them build a facility for him there. They say Keaton didn’t take his directing duties seriously and when producers decided to edit the flick themselves, he threatened to use his connections to have the film pulled from the 2008 Sundance Film Festival. When the movie finally did come out, Keaton went on Good Morning America to promote it and wasn’t very enthusiastict. The film was a bomb and only made $350,000. The company says Keaton is solely to blame, and is seeking unspecified damages.
