Drivers in New Jersey and parts of PA wre shocked on Wednesday when they pulled into Lukoil gas stations and saw the posted price:

Lukoil dealers were staging a one-day protest over what they say are overly-high wholesale prices from Lukoil North America. They say they have to pass on the higher prices to consumers and that has slowed sales at their gas stations.
