People who surfed the 'net or sent texts within two hours of going to bed reported feeling more stressed than people who didn't. On the other hand, activities like emailing, watching TV, exercising and reading were not found to affect stress levels. Previous studies have suggested that using technology before bed may disrupt sleep. And yet... 95% of Americans say they use some form of tech before they hit the hay!
